As the founder of Fenix Law, she focuses her practice on estate planning and believes every family deserves clear guidance, honest communication, and a plan they truly understand. Whether preparing a will, establishing a trust, or planning for incapacity, she works closely with clients to ensure their decisions reflect their values and priorities.

Attorney Hernandez earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law, graduating in the top quarter of her class and receiving the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, magna cum laude, from the University of South Florida. Her professional experience includes leadership roles in complex, high-responsibility environments, where attention to detail and careful planning were essential—skills she now brings to every estate plan she prepares.

She is proud to serve the community through legal education and pro bono services, including estate planning workshops and programs supporting veterans and their families.
